Weicon repair stick wood is suitable for repairing cracks, bore holes, broken and broken pieces of wood and | sealing joints on window and door frames, veneers, boards and planks, model buildings and wooden toys. The pasty epoxy resin (mineral filled) has a temperature resistance from -50°c to +120°c (short: up to +150°c) and a processing temperature from +10°c to +40°c. The curing temperature varies between +6°c and +40°c with a pot life of only 15 minutes (with 25g. Preparation and +20°c). In the case of larger batch quantities, faster curing occurs due to the typical reaction heat of epoxy resins (exothermic reaction). The compressive load corresponds to 75n/mm² with a gap overhang of up to max. 15Mm. The shrinkage is linear and is less than 1%.

Clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with weicon surface cleaner) are a prerequisite, perfect adhesion.

Weicon repair sticks can be stored at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
