  1. The order value will be inclusive of the product costs and the shipping fees (when shipped through/with DUBUY.COM).

  2. Local Customs duties and clearance charges in the destination country must be separately paid by the buyer.

  3. Any applicable local taxes must be separately paid by the buyer.

  4. Any storage charges that may be accrued due to delayed clearance outside the control of DUBUY.COM or delayed receiving of the order by the buyer must be separately paid by the buyer.

DUBUY.COM and our shipping operators shall process Customs clearance for buyers. However, all related clearance charges (including Customs duties and other fees and taxes) shall be paid separately by the buyer.
Every product has attached limits for minimum and maximum quantities per order with relevant lead times for each as determined by the respective vendor. You may order any quantities within those limits from any particular vendor and can freely mix and match different products from different vendors for the same order.
The Lead Time is the time needed from placing an order until the order has been made ready by the Seller for pickup by the DUBUY.COM assigned shipping partner. The Lead Time is determined by the Seller for each product.
  1. For domestic shipments: You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.

  2. For international shipments: You may request a return in compliance with the respective vendor’s Terms of Sale as may be updated from time to time.

  3. In any case, damaged products shall be returned at no extra cost to you.

That depends on the return reason as follows:
  1. For orders returned for a reason not related to quality: Return shipping fees are paid by the Buyer.

  2. For orders returned for quality-related issues other than damage during shipping: Return shipping fees are paid by the Seller.

  3. For orders returned because of damage during shipping: Return shipping fees are paid by DUBUY.COM. 

You can always track and trace your order online on DUBUY.COM. For extremely delayed orders you can contact our Call Centre for further assistance.
All our shipments are covered by insurance. You will be compensated accordingly.
DUBUY.COM will ship the missed items to you or refund their value.
Your order will be returned at no extra cost to you, and your payment will be refunded accordingly.
You shall receive your refunded amount anytime between 14 and 30 days from the date of approving your refund by DUBUY.COM.
