Chakki Atta refers to the flour made by grinding whole wheat between two stone discs. Saroj Agro Chakki Atta is made through the same process, and the two stone discs or grinders are called Chakki. The process burns the wheat slightly and just enough to bring forth the characteristic aroma and slightly nutty taste.
