Weicon repair stick stainless steel is suitable for such as tanks and containers, filling and packaging machines, pipes, lines, pumps and housings. Due to the fast mechanical loading capacity of the repaired parts (approx. 60 Minutes), cost-intensive and time-consuming downtimes can be avoided. Weicon repair stick stainless steel can be used in tank and apparatus construction, in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries and in many other areas.

The curing temperature varies between +6°c and +40°c with a pot life of only 4 minutes (with 25g. Preparation and +20°c). In the case of larger batch quantities, faster curing occurs due to the typical reaction heat of epoxy resins (exothermic reaction). The compressive load corresponds to 80n|mm² with a gap overhang of up to max. 15Mm. The shrinkage is linear and is less than 1%.

Clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with weicon surface cleaner) are a prerequisite, perfect adhesion.

Weicon repair sticks can be stored at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
