Take 1 kg basmati rice or samba rice and rinse it with water. Take 100ml oil and 100ml ghee in a heavy bottom vessel. Add 3 chopped onion, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 chopped tomato and stir well. Add 1 kg of chicken / mutton pieces, 3 tsp of the spice club chettinad biryani masala, 100ml of curd, ½ lemon juice, required salt and stir well for 2-3 min in medium flame.
Close the vessel and boil the same until the rice is cooked. Garnish with golden fried onion, cashew-nut, saffron. The ingredients f the masala are red chilli, cumin, garlic, turmeric, cardamom, black cumin, black pepper, green chilli, cinnamon, fennel seed, coriander, cassia, bay leaf, clove, nutmeg, and mace.
