Take the spice club murukku mix and add 100g of butter for 1kg murukku mix.Add water little by little and make soft crack free dough. Take a murukku press plate and fill it with prepared dough. Heat enough oil in kadai and slide in the squeezed murukku. Cook both sides without changing the colour.
