Heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaf and small onion and saute until they turn golden brown. Add tomato, desired vegetables and salt and continue to saute till cooked. add the spice and required tamarind water to boil until the vegetables are cooked.
Finally add in coconut milk and boil 2-5 mins in low flame. Now serve the tasty kulambu with rice. The ingredients used are coriander, red chilli, bengal gram, rice, toor dal, urad dal, salt, cumin, turmeric,fenugreek, black pepper.
