Mix 1 cup of the spice club foxtail millet flour, sugar or honey and mix well together. In a kadai/pan add ghee & roast the cashew nuts till golden brown. Add the roasted cashew nuts, cardamom powder (1 tsp) and ghee(½ tsp) in to the foxtail millet flour and make a small ball.
