These chunks are ideal for foods that need to be cooked and smoked for a long period of time. The apple tree chunks are pieces of wood from the pruning and cleaning of apple tree fields. These pieces are served dry, in 4kg bags.

Immerse the wood chunks in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them to the glowing charcoal. They can be used on gas or electric barbecues, but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminum tray.
