Weicon Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 is a grease-free dry lubricant with high pressure and temperature resistance from -185°C (-301°F) to +400°C (+752°F). The coating is dirt, dust and water repellent, resistant to oils, greases and chemicals and adheres to metal, plastic and wood surfaces. The high MoS2 content ensures clean sliding lubrication, reduces friction, serves as emergency lubrication and dampens running noises.
Sliding Lacquer Spray MoS2 shortens and improves the running-in conditions of plain bearings, gear teeth and other sliding pairings, especially at high pressure loads and low sliding speeds. Weicon Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 can be used on sliding and running rails as well as guides, on conveyor belts, transport rollers and slides, as a coating on punching tools, on loading technology products instead of silicone-containing release agents and wherever oil or grease lubrication is not permitted or desired.
Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 is resistant to X-rays and laser beams. Before use, clean and degrease surfaces (e.g. Weicon Surface Cleaner). Shake can before use until stirring ball is clearly audible. Spray onto cleaned and dry surface at a distance of approx. 20 cm.
Shake up again occasionally during continuous use. The coating is dust-dry approx. 15 minutes after spraying at room temperature (+20°C). When processing Weicon products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
