Heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and dry red chilli to fry. Add chopped small onion, tomato, drumstick or carrot. Now add 2 tbsp of the Spice Club Sambar Powder and required salt. Add one cup of water to cook the vegetable.
Add 200g of cooked dal, small quantity of tamarind water. Stire well and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Now, the delicious sambar is ready to serve. The ingredients used are coriander, red chilli, bengal gram, rice, toor dal, urad dal, salt, cumin, turmeric,fenugreek, black pepper, asafoetida.
