Custard is mainly used as a dessert, or as a base for a dessert, or as a dessert sauce. Custards can be stiff or runny and come in many different flavors, but they're always rich due to the high amount of eggs needed to thicken the custard.
Mix 10g of custard powder with 3 tbsp of milk taken from 250ml of milk, to form a paste. Add 25g of sugar in remaining milk and boil. Add paste slowly to boiling milk, stir continously until thickens. Let it cool and serve the delicious the spice club custard.
