Take 2 cups of the spice club puttu flour and add salt to taste. Sprinkle water and mix it thoroughly with hand. Add about 1/4 cup of grated coconut to the bottom of the mould of puttu maker, then add puttu flour untill the mould is halfway filled.
Add another layer (1/4 cup) of coconut and fill up the flour and steam for about 10-12 mins. Now the spice club puttu is ready, serve it with ghee & banana or kadala curry. For additional information regarding the product, please contact with dubuy support team.
