The Liquid Mass Flow Computing Unit is intended for determining the mass flow rate of liquids such as boiler feed water, juices, milk, acids, alkalies, and so on. It can compute the instantaneous density of a liquid by detecting its temperature and pressure. The device receives inputs from a flow/differential pressure transmitter, a temperature transmitter, and a pressure transmitter to calculate the mass flow rate.
