This Corneal scissor is used to enlarge corneal incisions during cataract extraction surgery, or to enlarge the corneal incision in keratoplasty procedures, or cut the scleral and trabecular tissue in trabeculectomy procedures. They is available with the blades angled upwards, right or left.
Cuts ocular structures, membranes, sclera and corneal tissue as well as vessels and grafts. Especially includes narrow blades which increase precision. Moreover, the instrument has blunt tips that protect adjacent soft tissue from damage. Includes angled blades that increase access to narrow spaces.
