The special feature of the depot fresh series for keeping food fresh: a black lid made of high-grade synthetic material with an integrated twist knob. It conceals an intelligent system for air regulation and opening. This easyfresh freshness valve closes fast with a twist, so the food retains its aroma and stays delicious for longer in the fridge. For foods which need to breathe such as cheese, salads and asparagus the perforated ventilation system is regulated in such a way that sufficient oxygen can be supplied. Wmf has already applied for a patent for this idea. The storage dishes in different sizes can be stacked and therefore save a lot of space. In terms of shape they supplement a collection of spice mills, shakers and storage dishes for uncooled non-perishable foods such as noodles and coffee. The depot collection offers attractively shaped shakers and spice mills with the original grinding mechanism for storing and milling numerous different spices.
