IHC (man-computer interaction) is a discipline that concerns the design, evaluation and implementation of interactive computer systems for human use. The user population is diverse, there is a mix of various user profiles that need to have their needs met and therefore an interface of a system should be created according to the diversity of users. In order to be able to approach and adapt systems to users, in the literature, project guidelines that refer to the learning and cognition part, but most recommendations deal with isolated aspects of users' characteristics, but most recommendations have been researched. Realizing this gap, this work has studied cognitive learning styles and the attentional deficit, allowing you to generate a number of recommendations, guidelines, that fit the specific characteristics of the user profile. In building new interfaces, these recommendations can be applied, adjusting interfaces to different user profiles, providing greater satisfaction and respecting different characteristics between them.
