For the pre-treatment of non-absorbent, low-energy plastic surfaces, such as PE, PP, TPE as well as elastomers (EPDM). Shake the activator well before use and apply a thin layer with a clean cloth. Observe flash-off times: min. 10 min., max. 1 h. Subsequent bonding should take place within the specified time.
Do not allow to flash off for too short a time. In case of longer storage time or intermediate soiling, clean or prime the surfaces to be bonded again. for unknown materials, a suitability and compatibility test is essential.
In unopened condition and stored in a normal climate (+23°C and 50 % relative humidity), Weicon Primers have a shelf life of 6 - 12 months, depending on the type. When processing Weicon products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
