Properties
The mould release agent is based on a high-quality combination of active ingredients with a high sliding effect, consisting of pure natural products. It prevents adhesion to plastics, moulds, metals and tools. The release agent can be used in plastics processing as well as in injection moulding, pressing and vacuum forming.
Preparation
The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of grease. Optimum efficiency, cleaning and degreasing with weicon surface cleaner is recommended.
Application
Apply the mould release agent evenly with a brush or cloth or spray on (e.G. With a compressed air spray can).
Safety
When processing weicon products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data & regulations of the ec safety data sheets must be observed.
