Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. The thread locker takes 10- 20 min. To cure. The result is a vibration and shock resistant adhesive joint that is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°c to +150°c.
The sealant is difficult to remove. The dispensing tip and the weicon pen system allow optimum dosage of the threadlocker. The sealing compound thread lock thread connections up to m 36.
To achieve optimum results, the parts to be mounted should be degreased and cleaned. However, they can also be treated with the adhesive if not cleaned.
Weiconlock is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip to avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount and tighten the parts. It is best if the screws and nuts are always wetted thinly and evenly with the threadlocker paint. Do not pour weiconlock® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the tiniest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is there|e recommended.
Weiconlock can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps weiconlock liquid.
When processing weicon products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our ec safety data sheets must be observed.
100% german quality, the weiconlock meets the highest quality standards in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological and ecological regulations.
