The weiconlock AN 302-70 is a medium-viscosity, high-strength screw and stud bolt locking device with dvgw approval. It is also difficult to dismantle.
Weiconlock is evenly applied directly from the pen with the dosing tip to avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. For sealing applications, apply weiconlock to the thread in a ring. Mount and tighten parts. Do not pour weiconlock, which has already come into contact with metal, back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will harden in the bottle. The use of dosing devices is there|e recommended in series production. The dosing tip allows optimum dosing of the adhesive. After only 10-20 minutes it achieves hand strength and best results. It is temperature resistant between -60°c and +200°c.
In order to achieve optimum results, the parts to be mounted should be degreased and cleaned, e.G. With weicon surface cleaner (possibly roughening). Weiconlock can also be used on uncleaned surfaces, e.G. Screws as supplied. However, the cleaner the surface, the better the results achieved.
Weiconlock can be stored at room temperature for at least 24 months in the closed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps weiconlock liquid.
When processing weicon products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our ec safety data sheets must be observed.
100% german quality, the weiconlock meets the highest quality standards in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological and ecological regulations.
