Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. Weiconlock® an 302-77 has a high viscosity and high strength. The dispensing tip and the weicon pen system ensure optimum dispensing of the adhesive, which reaches hand strength after 40-60 minutes.

Weiconlock is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip to avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Apply weiconlock annularly to the thread screw the pipe thread and tighten until the desired orientation is achieved. Do not pour weiconlock back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is there recommended.

Weiconlock can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps weiconlock liquid.
