Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. Weiconlock an 302-71 is medium viscosity, high-strength and difficult to dismantle. The dispensing tip and the patented weicon pen system allow optimum dispensing of the adhesive. After only 10-20 minutes, the metal adhesive hardens and achieves best results. The result is a vibration- and shock-resistant adhesive bond, which is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°c to +150°c.
Apply weiconlock evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip, avoiding direct contact between the dosing tip and the metal. Then assemble and tighten the parts. For sealing applications, apply weiconlock® annularly to the thread. Do not pour weiconlock back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is there recommended.
weiconlock can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps weiconlock liquid.
When processing weicon products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our ec safety data sheets must be observed.
100% german quality, the weiconlock meets the highest quality standards in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological and ecological regulations.
