Properties
Weicon epoxy resin putty is paste-like (kneadable), mineral filled, temperature resistant up to +200°c is processed in a mixing ratio of 1:1 and can be mechanically processed and painted over when cured.
Application
The product is suitable for sealing line pipes and tanks, fastening screws and hooks, repairing and repairing castings, reconditioning shafts, plain bearings, pumps and housings, renewing defective threads, producing templates and models and repairs to aluminium, light metal and injection moulding. Epoxy resin putty can be used in mechanical engineering, in tool making, in model and mould making and in many other areas of industry.
Knead resin and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 until the mixture has a uni|m green colour. Then press onto the clean adhesive surface. | Bridging cavities, the use of glass fibre fabric is recommended. The cured material can be machined (drilled, filed, milled) and painted over without pre-treatment.
Storage
Weicon epoxy resin putty can be stored | at least 24 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
