Weicon repair stick aluminium is suitable repairing cracks, holes, leaks and leaks transmission housings and containers, window frames and profiles, boats and models. Weicon repair stick aluminium can be used in machine and plant construction, in the automotive industry, in transmission construction, in model railway and other model making, as well as in many other areas.

The curing temperature varies between +6°c and +40°c with a pot life of only 4 minutes (with 25g. Preparation and +20°c). In the case of larger batch quantities, faster curing occurs due to the typical reaction heat of epoxy resins (exothermic reaction). The compressive load corresponds to 80n/mm² with a gap overhang of up to max. 15Mm. The shrinkage is linear and is less than 1%.

Clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with weicon surface cleaner) are a prerequisite, perfect adhesion.

Weicon repair sticks can be stored at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
