Vijay Akki Tari, also known as Upma Sooji, is made by grinding rice grains to form coarse granules which are known as Rice Semolina. The raw materials are sourced directly from local farmers and are completely organic. The raw materials go through a stringent 4-step cleaning process and are then ground into coarse rice semolina of that signature grainy texture.
