This is made out of high grade chrome steel accurately machined and heat treated. Deep knurling on the body ensures firm grip. It has black phosphate finish. Heat treated chromium vanadium provides a high hardness.

Automatic spring loads then releases at top of cycle with force to create center punch. Spring pressure can be adjusted by simply rotating the knurled top of the punch.
