This Tanzania AA Coffee is grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro the high-value crop of Tanzania. AA Coffee is sun-dried, graded, and sorted. The AA represents the highest grade of beans from this crop. The fermentation time is closely monitored and appropriately adjusted between 24 and 36 hours.

This is dependent on the ambient temperature. With 1.2 million trees and seedlings our coffee operation is quite extensive. Each coffee tree begins as a seedling in an on-site nursery. The nursery is a crucial part of the operation as it provides us with all our coffee trees. The cup profile is decided in the nursery and propagated as a seedling, properly cared for until it matures and ripens, ready.
