The forged steel globe valve from ipc are ideal to prevent back-flow in the line. Operating automatically, in response to increases or decreases in line pressures, the flow path through a lift check valve is somewhat similar to that of a globe valve.

As the pressure below the disc increases, it rises from the seat to prevent the flow. The valve closes with a drop in pressure on the inlet side and a build-up of pressure on the outlet side. The disc is held in a closed position owing to the backpressure in the line. All valves are manufactured by the latest international standards.
