Feed check valves are one of the most important components of the boiler which control the flow of water from the feed pump to the boiler and further prevent the backflow of water from the boiler to the pump when the boiler pressure is more than the pump pressure or when the feed pump stops working.

The feed check valve allows flow in one direction and automatically prevents backflow reverse flow when fluid in the line reverses direction.
