These LEDs have ceramics plus metal material with high thermal conductivity as the substrate and adopt silicon injection molding technology with good impervious performance, high reliability and very low degradation rate. COB POWER LEDs have very low thermal resistance long lifetime over 50000hrs. These LEDs are most applicable for general lighting sources and luminaries & can be operated with max junction temperature of 115°C.
