The roasting process of our Filter Coffee beans is carried out with our specially designed machines and their taste and aroma properties are preserved at the maximum level.
It is claimed that Khaldi, an Ethiopian goat herder, discovered coffee around 800 AD and referred to it as a magical fruit. Rumor has it that Khaldi’s goats tasted the coffee fruit while grazing and danced with the energy of the coffee.
The coffees grown on these lands usually have mild fruit notes and citrus flavors. Ethiopian coffee, which is of medium density, may surprise you with its slight acidity.
