It is used to coagulate milk to separate the curds from the whey.
Our vegetarian rennet is an enzyme preparation. Our product is suitable for cow, buffalo, goat & sheep milk. The dosage is 0.5ml/10 litres of milk. A graduating measuring pipette is provided to measure accurately.
