AGM Separator Thickness Testing Equipment measures the Thickness of AGM separators. The device is based on microcontroller and uses state of art technology. The equipment has a friendly user interface to feed all limit configuration parameters. The equipment has been designed to measure the Thickness of AGM separators using a compressing load of up to 100 Kgs with a Servo drive mechanism.
The servo mechanism supports programmable steps of load application on the AGM separators in steps of 5 Kgs up to 100 Kgs. The Equipment has optional logging feature to log all the test results for analysis. A must to have tester that can be used in the battery production line to ensure thickness quality of the AGM separators during production.
