Repairs of copper gutters and sheets, water heaters and water tanks, hot and cold water pipes, freezing and air conditioning systems. The pasty epoxy resin has a temperature resistance of -50°c to +120°c (short: +150°c) as well as a processing temperature of +10°c to +30°c. The curing temperature varies between +6°c and +40°c with a pot life of only 3 minutes (with 25g. Preparation and +20°c). The adhesive achieves its manual strength (30%) after 10 minutes, mechanical strength (50%) after 60 minutes and final hardness (100% strength) after 24 hours. The pressure load corresponds to 80n|mm² with a gap overhang of up to max. 15Mm. The shrinkage is linear and is less than 1%.

Clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with weicon surface cleaner) are a prerequisite, perfect adhesion.

Weicon repair sticks can be stored for at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
