Toyota Fortuner 4 1st Gen Alternator

Used in modern automobiles to charge the battery and to power the electrical system when its engine is running.
Alternators require a voltage regulator which operates by modulating the small field current to produce a constant voltage at the battery terminals.
All vehicles with a standard internal combustion engine will have an alternator.
Generally mounted to the front of the engine and has a belt running around it.
Give off a lot of heat and need to be cooled to operate efficiently. While they’re built with vents and aluminium casing to better release heat, they’re also equipped with rotating fans for added cooling.
